Spring Wedding Invitations

Since spring is right around the corner, I wanted to share some of our perfect spring appropriate wedding invitations and other available coordinating accessories.

Cherry blossoms are one of my favorite! Their extreme beauty is only seen in the spring and unfortunately only for a short time as they bloom really quickly. Cherry blossoms are very popular among weddings and other special occasions. View all the invitation options of the Cherry Blossom Invitation Suite!

And then there are Dogwoods, another beautiful tree growing blossom only seen in the spring. These are often seen in ivory with a touch of green or light pink with a touch of dark burgundy. Both colors are very beautiful and full of romance. Dogwoods are also very popular among wedding and seen in centerpieces, wedding bouquets and carried over to the details such as wedding invitations, cakes and other decor. Dogwood Blossom Wedding Invitations

I've doing some refreshing and updating here at Blossom Accents! What this means is re-designing some of my invitations with a cleaner and sharper look. What's going on in the Studio at Blossom Accents!? Orchid Programs & Dogwood Invitations with Dogwood Table Cards

The studio has been busy with many things! Some new and some old! Like these favorites of mine-the dogwood blossoms wedding invitations and orchid beauty z-fold style wedding programs with some orchid table cards! Wedding Invitations on a Budget-Blossom Accents

I frequently get inquiries from brides about ways to cut down costs on the wedding invitations in my portfolio. Of course many times I am able to accommodate their wishes. Below I have pictured the Dogwood Wedding Invitations. The first is the original piece from the portfolio and the seconds are more budget friendly. 

This invitation suite has many unique details. The artwork and text are printed on white, the blossoms are embellished with clear rhinestones. It is assembled against two other paper layers-brown and green. The RSVP card are also against another color layer. Matching metallic envelopes are included. 

This set also features the dogwood artwork. It is printed on a single ivory color paper with single layered response card and matching envelopes. Also a lovely invitation and much cheaper!

With all this said, my word of advice for budget savvy brides is to call the designer and ask about different options. Many times we will gladly work with you and create fabulous invitations you'll love!

Dogwood Escort Cards, Dogwood Table Cards, Dogwood Menu & Program

Dogwoods are just taking over Blossom Accents! They are everywhere!!! Invitations, escort cards, table cards, menus, programs.... Such a lovely spring collection!! Enjoy!

The menu is assembled in an elegant gold frame. If you want to save money on wedding stationery, one way is to have one main menu or program hung or placed somewhere visible in the reception area. Instead of having individual pieces for each guest at the celebration.

Spring Flowers, Inspirations and Beauties!!

I just love, love, love SPRING!!! This weekend, while walking around the neighborhood, I was just about absolutely mesmerized with all the beautiful bushes, and trees with just gorgeous blossoms!! Look at these pictures I took of dogwoods and others. These will definitely evolve into something magnificent here at Blossom Accents!!

Dogwood Wedding Invitations-Spring Palette!

The dogwood wedding invitations are a HIT here at Blossom Accents! Danielle contacted me and asked about using a different color scheme from my original design (view here). Her colors of choice are: pale pinks, ivory, light green and golds. I myself am a "bold and rich color" type of artist but working with this soft toned palette was a nice and pleasant change. I feel this design is fresh and light... gorgeous!

Seating Chart Project and more... Dogwood Design

A nice way to save money while planing wedding reception is to use a seating chart instead of having individual place cards for each guest. 

Julie has asked me to create a seating chart for her breakfast wedding reception with the dogwood drawing design to match the rest of her wedding stationery. She also picked some other coordinating dogwood accessories such as table number cards and gift tags.

Happenings at Blossom Accents-Dogwoods, Lilies, Hydrangeas and more...

Here at Blossom Accents, I have been extra busy with all sorts of projects. Dogwoods for Siobhan, Lilies for Ashley, and Hydrangeas for Amanda. All these projects are crafted and assembled with passion and love for creativity and beauty! Dogwoods symbolize "undiminished love", lilies symbolize "respect" and hydrangeas symbolize "understanding". Who ever knew that flowers spoke a language? This is why I particularly focus my projects on florals. Because each blossom signifies something really special and meaningful in it's own unique sense. Dogwood Invitation Design Collage

Recently I finished making this for Julie from Canada and I am still in awe about this design! I have to admit I would have never thought of this design by myself partly because I love bold and rich colors. The colors here are chosen by the bride. Light tones with some dramatic brown accents and a very intriguing envelope liner. This is why I love to work with clients on a personal basis, they lead me to new paths, ideas and unique projects!
